She was the one of few important members who prepared several Guidelines: The Risk Based Capital Adequacy for Banks, Guidelines for recognition of ECAIs, Self-Assessment of Basel Core Principles, Guidelines on Subordinated Debt, Process document for SRP-SREP Dialogue on ICAAP. She had conducted the Quantitative Impact Study (QIS) for implementation of Basel – II and III, Prepared management report and presented before management, Prepared Roadmap for implementation of Basel – II and III, Guidelines for identifying and measuring Risk Factor Relating to Islamic Mode of Investments. She is an active member of Review committee on the Credit Risk management Guidelines. Her current responsibility is implementation of ICAAP and Basel-III in the banking sector of Bangladesh.
