About Workshop
After completing this training, participants are expected to understand the workings and tools of the Six Sigma approach. Participants are expected to understand the and DMAIC and DMADV approach. They are expected to identify projects for Six Sigma and Lean Six Sigma Initiative.
Through various class room exercises, quizzes and sample exams , students are expected to obtain working knowledge of the various statistical tools needed for Six sigma. The training is ideal to all professionals who are desiring to identifying and implement scientific methodology for quality improvement, defects reduction, variation reduction, and bottom line improvement on key projects/processes of the company.
